| Inside
& Outside System Letters
Any
combination of the outside host writing to
the inside system, and vice versa:
Host to internal system
One internal part to another internal part
One part (or groups) from the internal system
to the external host
Inside group to another inside group
Right hand vs. left hand – Write using
your dominant hand to represent the external
host. Use your less dominant hand to represent
the internal system. Switch hands back and
forth as the inside and the outside write
to each other.
The purposes of these exercises are primarily
to improve internal communication and system
cooperation. Of course, the expression of
emotion and putting the conflict into words
will help in the overall resolution of traumatic
issues.
